Woodstock 2010 Shiraz

Woodstock do McLaren Vale shiraz & they produce several different versions. This one is styled for food & easy drinking, showing plenty of varietal blackfruit, cinnamon & pepper. Full bodied with vanilla nuances coming from new & seasoned oak, there is warmth, mid palate plushness & length. A glass with a velvety steak & Guinness pot pie on a cold winter’s day would be just lovely – or forget the Guinness, make it a steak & Woodstock Shiraz pie.
