Mount Horrocks 2008 Semillon

I have recently tasted this wine when reviewing a restaurant wine list and was well impressed with it’s inclusion.  The fruit is ripe citrusy lemon and honeyed pear with a touch of creaminess.  It is has a firm backbone thanks to judicious use of oak and  will last out another 5 years in the bottle. This is a remarkably good match for many Asian dishes.
