High point for may week was a flor fino style wine from Harris organic wines made with the rare grape variety Madeline Angevine. The wine was dry but aromatic and with a little more body than a more conventional fino wine.
mmm. I am going to look that one up Darby. I just love Fino and I have not heard of the grape. My little find of the week was the Pfeiffer Christophers VP which I tweeted – what a fabulous find. Traditional Portuguese grapes made in a good representation of the VP style. Have you tried it?
