The nose that is reminiscent of summer roses with that distinct grapey-ness that we love in Moscato style wines & some delightful ripe strawberry. It is lush, well balanced & with a low enough alcohol that you do not have to just stop at one! Date: 22nd May 2011 Price: $17 Value: $$$ [...] 
A gorgeous plum hued fizz that offers rich liquorice, peppery spice & cassis with some enticing mint chocolate. Its velvety smooth texture is just the thing to share with friends. It would accompany dark chocolate almost as well as bacon & eggs! Date: July 2011 Price: $28 Value: $$$ Drink: Now – [...] Bright salmon in the glass with fine bubbles that keep weaving their way to the top of the glass. It’s dry with minerally crispness. The strawberry & ripe apple fruit, served up with some cherry biscotti makes for a gorgeous fizz with heaps of personality lasting long in the mouth. Date: 18 February 2010 [...] It is the palest apricot pink blush in the glass, with strawberry, apple & mineral characters with attractive leesy bready characters. Dry and crisp with a light delicate creamy texture. There is plenty going for this fizz, it is perfect for sharing with good friends whenever the occasion calls for a pop of the [...] It is a fresh citrusy zingy wine with some pear & mineral characters. It does not have quite the complexity that you would expect for the price if you were buying it from a bottle shop but it is a good quality wine that you should enjoy now particularly on a very hot afternoon [...] It has a rich purple ruby colour with typical Merlot blackcurrant character but with additional some pretty spice and floral notes. Being a Merlot, it has naturally softer tannins so it is a smooth fizz that is great as an aperitif or to have with food – even if you are someone who loves [...] There is plenty of varietal Sauvignon Blanc characters in this wine although the fruit is not overwhelming and is more in the tropical and stonefruit spectrum than herbaceous and green making it more approachable. This is a savvy fizz that you will have more than one glass of – and at the price, why [...] For a very special gift or a very special dinner why not blow the budget. Complex aromas of toasted brioche, nutty maripan, citrus and creamy butter aromas wrap around some smoky minerality. That smokiness on the front of the palate supports the creamy brioche and limey minerals. There is a lingering layer of warm [...] The colour of this rosé falls into the realm of pale salmon colour with some deeper orange highlights. There is little flamboyance to this wine, the classic strawberry and cream character is matched with minerality. However, the structure is pure Champagne – refreshing acid and body, crisply dry with lingering length. Date: 14th [...] An easy to drink fizz with a touch of sweetness to help it to go down. Being Chardonnay dominant, the characters are of pear and stonefruit and are complemented by some biscuity aromas. A refreshing wine for a warm summers day or try it with some Thai style fish cakes.
