This Barossa rosé is a pretty delicate pink with some salmon highlights and cherry & raspberry scents with some minerality showing through. That cherry, strawberry minerality is also evident and lively in the palate.This is a dry rosé with a fine structure and with a nice body weight and fruit concentration for a rosé.
