The pretty lime & lemon citrus has that vital nerve that you want to see in fine Clare Riesling with a slatey backbone. It is delicate & linear along the long palate with zingy acid that has poise & balance. Sweet, medium bodied without that cloying mouth feel – just the way that Port should be. There is plenty of rich spicy cloves, chocolate & ripe red fruit. The Port is fresh, the tannins are typically grippy & the fruit is ripe, lush & long on the palate. Enjoy this wine with friends [...] There is plenty of ripe passionfruit & peach in this Sauvignon Blanc, the time in oak & on lees has also imparted a light creaminess while still keeping the varietal refreshing acidity. The softer style makes it a succulent wine to share with friends. The price is not too shabby either. Date: 9th May [...] This is a little sweetie just in time for the silly season. Pirramimma from the Mclaren Vale has sourced fruit from Oakbank in the cool Adelaide Hills for this wine. It is not common to see a Late Harvest SB but this one is freshly bottled with floral tropical fruit characters, like a welcome [...] There is plenty of zippy lemon lime linearity this fresh floral Riesling. This is a serious Riesling at a price that will make you smile. That incredible line and length makes it a very good accompaniment for delicate seafood. Why not try it with some smoked salmon or as an aperitif with some caramelised [...] A silky delicate ripe peach, honey and spicy cream flavours are attached to a minerally backbone with spicy pear, honeysuckle and honeydew perfume. These flavours build with each sip and you are left feeling very happy to have taken the time to get to know this wine. Do not serve it too cold, just [...] Delicious herby passionfruit and ripe stonefruit characters with the addition of the interest mix of minerality and cream on the tongue. Texturally this is a silky wine and on the passionfruit finish, you are again reminded that this is a SB. The fruit is ripe citrusy lemon and honeyed pear with a touch of creaminess. It is has a firm backbone thanks to judicious use of oak and will last out another 5 years in the [...] A soft and creamy texture with floral peach & pear characters and a touch of minerality and nuttiness.
