Shaw Vineyard Estate 2008 Premium Cabernet Sauvignon

In the glass it is densely packed with youth in it’s ruby purple depths. There is plenty of peppery cassis fruit with some telling cool climate choc mint & earthiness. It is rich and its surprisingly nearly full body is very indicative of it’s ripeness.
