A gorgeous plum hued fizz that offers rich liquorice, peppery spice & cassis with some enticing mint chocolate. Its velvety smooth texture is just the thing to share with friends. It would accompany dark chocolate almost as well as bacon & eggs!

Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier the nose is rich with lightly toasted brioche, lemon & baked apple aromatics. Dry with a creamy mousse that borders on indulgent but has enough restraint to remain crisp & refreshing. The flavour lingers in the mouth and keeps building with each sip.

This Tassie wine has biscuity peach, apricot and creamy aromas. The flavours are rich almond toast, vanilla, lemon and baked peaches on the lingering finish. This wine has a nice concentration of fruit and weight and will go very well with food.
