Displaying the aromatics of a warm summer garden, the characters of this wine could be described as a delicately herbed salad tossed with ripe apple, pear & melon with a zingy lemon dressing. It will keep your interest along its crisp clean long length. The flavours hang around in the mouth & end on a honeyed note. Good drinking now but could keep for a little longer too. The colour of straw, this is food friendly as well as refreshingly crisp and easy drinking. It is dry, but has a fuller body and intense citrus, peachy stonefruit with zingy passionfruit and some herbaceous characters. Try it with a warm chicken and grilled fig salad. Typically the wines that are low alcohol are harvested early which can sometimes leave them correspondingly low in character or sweet wines without the balance of the body to round it out. As one of three ‘Lighter in Alcohol’ wines, Preece have managed to create a
