Chalk Hill 2006 Sidetrack
The Sidetrack is a McLaren Vale blend of 60% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Grenache. It is redolent in it’s very ripe juicy berries, jammy plums and earthiness. There is no doubt that this is a big red, and certainly will be a winter warmer but it carries its might elegantly. Why not try it with boerewors with all the trimmings.
