Bridgewater Mill Adelaide Hills 2009 Pinot Grigio
A crisp and tightly held Pinot Grigio made in the Italian style. The Lenswood & Piccadilly fruit is delicate & mineral led thanks to a cool ripening vintage. Some lees & barrel work has added some palate weight and softened the acid but the fruit is fresh and crisp with plenty of nutty, pear, green apple and white peach. Not just a wine to be enjoyed by itself but one that will work well with food – an angel hair pasta with some lemon juice, chicken and basil is just the ticket.
